Pipe Fabrication Expertise and Capacity

We are committed to completing each project with quality and precision. Welding procedures and welding operators are qualified to the requirements of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX and AWS D1.1. Our Quality Control personnel are certified in accordance with ASNT TC-1a requirements.

State-of-the-art equipment, such as our automated vertical saw, provides controlled cutting for accurate material length and complicated angled cuts. This level of precision also translates to faster finishing time and less material waste.

Our pipe fabrication and welding team has the capacity to complete 500 pipe spools per month and 1000 diameter inches of weld per month for both carbon and stainless steel. Our piping material expertise includes:

SEFA Industrial Solutions fabricates industrial pressure vessels and tanks for production, processing, storage, and material handling needs. We are also qualified to repair or modify existing pressure vessels. Rigorous quality control methods verify and document each step to make sure industry codes and standards are followed.
